Return Policy

At The Builder’s Box, we believe that if you are not pleased with your purchase, returns should be easy!  Most products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase once they meet the following criteria and are accompanied by your receipt of purchase.

1. They must be unopened, unused, and damage-free.
2. They should be in their original packaging with all accessories or materials included.

All defective items are eligible to be returned at no cost to the customer and exchanged for the same product.  If an exchange is not possible, the customer will be fully refunded for the item.  For warranty issues or defective items, any associated shipping, delivery, or pickup fees will be covered by The Builder’s Box.  If you suspect that any of your items may be defective, please contact us immediately.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, cash, etc.) unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit. If any shipping or delivery fee was applied to your purchase, these will not be refunded unless the return is for a defective item.
